THE WAITING ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL WITH NO SICK/WELL WAITING. EVERYONE IS SITTING NEXT TO EACH OTHER. THE FRONT DESK CLERK LOOKED ANNOYED WE WERE THERE. THE DR ANSWERED HIS CELL PHONE TWICE WHILE WE WERE IN THERE. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN ABOUT MY NEWBORN GRANDSON'S EYE WATERING AND HOW I HAD SEEN THE SAME THING WITH HIS MOTHER, HE BASICALLY SHUT ME DOWN AND TOLD ME THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BABY! WAS SOOO MUCH WORSE IN LAB!! ALL SICK WELL ADULTS TOO MIXED IN ONE ROOM.

Takes time and listens, seems to be very knowledgeable. Each time we have been we have not had to wait, maybe 5 minutes at the most. Staff is very nice, too.

Very rude, acts like he cares, no sympathy what so ever. Every time I take my child in he ALWAYS SAYS it NORMAL, which I know its not, I wouldn't be bringing my child in. Find another PCP!

Easy scheduling and polite office staff. Dr himself, kind of odd but he's receptive and helpful. I was offered alternative treatment options other than prescription medication. I have 4 kids seen with him and haven't been disappointed at all.
