Completely indifferent to his patients.
Talks to a microphone during entire visit. Claims he didn’t receive any feedback from referrals yet won’t even look at the proof his referrals sent him all results.Forced 3 postponements of life saving treatments even after he was proved wrong.A must to avoid

My daughter Molly, who also goes to him, told me that Dr. Bortnick knows what he is talking. He is well informed. She was right! I left knowing how to handle my condition. He listens to you. Then gives his opinion, which is usually right. Very nice doctor and staff.

This was my first visit with Dr. Bortnick and it could not have gone better. He took the time to get to know me, answer all my questions, hear my concerns and engage me in finalizing the treatment plan so I fully understood next steps. If you're looking for a physician that will take the time to listen, fully explain things and manage your expectations from start to finish then Dr. Bortnick is for you.

I went into the hospital after having a scary night of elected pulsa rate the night before. The ER Dr admitted me for a night of observation and a stress test. Dr Bortnick after a 5 min talk about college football he order me to take a COVID19 test that forces me into quarantine for 3 days till I got my all clear results. NO FEVER, NO COUGH, NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL. This guy seems to be a shill for the hospital..... uses quarantine to gin up his and the hospitals bill.

I called Dr. Bortnick's answering service on Sunday morning due to excruciating pain due to a fissure, he returned my call in 3 minutes. 5 minutes after I explained to him what was happening, the pharmacy called me to tell me my procto cream was ready to pickup. On a SUNDAY! He made room to see me in the office the next day and told me to continue with the treatment he prescribed on Sunday.

Dr bortnick is my docor for 8 years . He has treated me through several illnesses He has called me in the evening to explain my labs and tests I went for . He saw my husband each day in the hospital even on the weekends when he had his stroke. Dr Bortnick has old fashion doctor qualities that has been lost in our health care systems .

I would not recommend Bortnick to anyone. he thinks medicine is a game he wants to play Let's make a deal with my health doesn't work that way. he has absolutely no bedside manners. I would trust my care with a veterinarian before I went to Bortnick again. Absolutely ZERO Stars !!!

Where do I start? He is condescending, rude, abrupt. He acts as though anyone over 80 can't understand things. I would never, ever, in a million years go back to this man.

Dr. Bortnick is everything you would want from a physician-knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He seems to genuinely care about his patients' health and well being. He takes the time to listen to all questions and went above and beyond to explain things clearly and concisely. Furthermore, he treated me like a unique person rather than another slab of meat that he is required to jam into his busy schedule. Dr. Bortnick has my trust and I look forward to working with him to manage my healt

Straight and honest. great bedside manners makes me feel like he really does care about my health. this Doctor knows his stuff. he saved my life 10 years ago by finding a failing heart valve during an exam. Dr. Bortnick listens to my concerns and always hands me a hand out on what he finds so I can read up on the illness and medication.

I hit the jackpot when I found this doctor! The man listens to me, answers my questions and explains to me what I don't know & puts up with me. Because he cares for me so much, I care for him. His staff is professional, nice and fun when you poke them with a joke! I have NO plans of ever leaving this doctor. He is a busy man. Lots of people depend on him and he manages time with each one well.
