After decades of struggling, Dr. Patterson was able to give me the proper diagnosis. He's helped me understand my diagnosis doesn't define me. He's always caring and respectful. He's made it clear he is available to me if i need him. He's given me hope that I won't always be in pain. After 44 years I have hope! I would recommend him to my dearest loved ones.

I have been going to Dr. Patterson since 2002, when I had a stroke at 46. He helped me find the right medicine to get me on my feet and enjoy life! He is very compassionate and takes the time to find out what is really wrong. He is very timely with his appointments and his office staff is great and efficient. She has been there for years! He is not the type that makes you come back again and again once he finds that the medicine works. I also went back to him 13 years later when I found that I had a genetic disease that might end my life early. I have not been to him for 3 years, but I always feel great knowing he is there. I have been to other Dr's. and I give Patterson 5 stars. He is fantastic with depression and chemical imbalance. If he doesn’t know something he looks it up right then ( my genetic testing had some complicated info. that regarded medications). Because of his knowledge and his ability to listen and understand he has made my life wonderful!!!! PJH - OPKS

Unprofessional. He was 15 minutes late. Didn't even shake my husband's hand when he met him. Didn't stand up as my husband was leaving. Continued to ask questions in demeaning ways about my husband's mental health, such as, "well, why?" does my husband feel that way. He offered absolutely no relief of any sort, not even comforting words, and in fact, caused more damage than good. He showed absolutly no compassion or sympathy whatsoever. Do NOT go see this "care" provider.

Dr. Patterson was the first Dr. to find the right medications that work for me. I've seen several Dr.s for medicine resistant depression and his knowledge of old and new treatment is impressive. He really knows his stuff.

He is blunt, but he is honest. Helped me get through quite a few life changes over the past 5 years.

I was the only patient in the room for 1st time visit and wasn't acknowledged by his secretary for 10 min even though she could see me through the glass. He seems to have an opinion before you finish explaining the problem. Not a good listener. Not helpful at all. He seems angry to come to work. Took 2 months to get the appointment only to be 100% dissatisfied. Looking for a new one. References do matter. Lesson learned.

Dr. Patterson is a cold and callous doctor. He doesn't accept anyone's opinions, and his office is VERY difficult to contact. The secretary states on the voicemail that they are in the office from 7am to 5pm, but most of the time, they don't answer the phone, and their emergency number is a joke! Stay away from this crook if you value your health - my friend has been addicted to a med that was diagnosed incorrectly for 28 years, and he's paying the price for it!
