I just had my third surgery with Dr. Morris for different procedures on my eye lids. I am completely happy with the results. She put me at ease on the first visit and explains what is involved in each step. Her after surgery care is just as great. I have already recommended her to a relative. I was referred to Dr. Morris by another surgeon in Southlake when i asked him about a bleph surgery. He explained to me that she is among the best surgeons for this and also takes many insurance plans. After i was approved for the surgery, her and her staff were in constant contact with me to answer questions, plan the surgery as well as navigate my insurance plan. The surgery turned out better than i could've hoped for. I am often reminded by my wife at how much better my eyes look.

On my first visit to Dr. Morris I was impressed. Dr. Morris made me feel quite at ease by explaining the procedure to me. I had no difficulty scheduling my surgery. subsequently, I had my surgery and I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Morris

Dr Morris' office double billed. Office didn't return phone calls. Office makes unsolicited sales calls. Asked to do procedure "just for her knowledge" and then billed insurance and patient. No receipt for payments were given and no request for bill/receipt was ever answered. Just say No to this doctor and her staff!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with Botox. I bet I could go online and buy Botox and inject it with my feet and do a better job than this women. I would have normally been upset at how fast the Botox wore off but glad it did! I don't recommend the feet thing but I do recommend going anywhere else.
