Dismissive, rude, and unprofessional
I had one of the worst visits I have had with a medical professional when I saw Dr. Bryant. She made me feel like my concerns were not valid, asking 'what I expected her to do' and that I was wasting her time. She googled things in front of me and gave me no helpful information. She was very cold and seemed like she was judging me. She then proceeded to talk down to me about diet and exercise and made a comment about a rash I had on my arm. Very unprofessional, the appointment left me feeling so discouraged and upset.

I saw Dr.Bryant for mental health concerns a few years ago at a very low point in my life when my PCP was out of town, and I am so thankful she is the physician I was given that day. She spent a long time talking to me and showed immense care, vigilance, and kindness. She fought hard for me to get the extra support I needed, and I would trust her with any other care any day.

Dr.Bryant is probably the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She didn’t provide much professional advices neither solved my problems. She’s inpatient and didn’t seem that she cared about my concerns. Then she just googled some answers in front of me. Then she just told me she didn’t have time for my other problems, if I wanted to ask questions, I needed to reschedule an appointment. Her attitude is just rude and unprofessional. Never go back.

Outstanding, knowledgeable and warm, caring doctor
From my first encounters with the receptionist, the doctor’s assistant and then Dr. Carrie Bryant herself, I felt like I was being treated with genuine care and respect. Dr. Bryant had reviewed my information beforehand, so she was well aware of my symptoms and how I was feeling. She was very empathetic, explained things in layman’s terms, and gave me clear advice about remedying my condition which has become so much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Bryant to anyone who needs a doctor who is the epitome of what a doctor is supposed to be: professional, intelligent, respectful of your feelings, and caring and gentle with her approach! I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
