she literally called my mom fat and elderly (my mom is 63, is great health, and is exactly the weight she should be for someone her age and height)

I could not get an appointment when urgently needed to see her , the medication I used to take she is not giving prescription! She indicated that the clinic doesn’t want her to spend time with patients! I am very disappointed with my new insurance alignment and this clinic. The health care for seniors in Marin county is bad.

I drove 50 min to my appointment with her, first driving to the wrong location since her receptionist failed to tell me that this appointment was at a different location than usual, so I was 1 minute late for our appointment, and she refused to see me. I took off work for this appointment that I’ve been waiting for for months. I begged the receptionist to ask her to see me and she said she was refusing. She clearly could not care less about her patients. Pathetic excuse of a healthcare provider.
