Very poor bedside manner. Thought I explained my health issue well and doctor would address it. Was so shocked when I received 2 copies by certified mail of a letter the doctor wrote informing me to never return to her practice again without any explanation why!!

Carolyn Ryan, DO was on call today for medical concerns as it's Sat. afternoon. She called me back and advised that she did not listen to my lengthy email - 1st red flag, for sure! I again reviewed my symptoms, a few of which could be potentially life-threatening. She was dismissive, lacking the warmth that a good Dr. should have. She advised I go to an Urgent Care facility if I had health concerns for, as she coined it, "That is why they exist." Her rating: 2.5/5, my Dr: 5/5 - no shock there!
