The worst experience related to my health ever with Dr. O’Connor. I had an ace tabular tear……she refused to send me for an MRI…..I had 6 weeks of “therapy”. The therapist emailed Dr. O’Connor repeatedly informing her I needed an MRI as therapy was worsening the pain. She told me she had not received those emails but when I went back to the therapist I was informed that they required her signature as verification that she had read them….they were signed by her. So she lied about that. This went on for 5 months! I was in excruciating pain….using a walker at this point. When I called the office a couple of days before an appointment I was told my “insurance would pay out better if I did 3 more weeks of therapy” and that was what I needed to do. The therapist then said “we’re not doing this” and she called an orthopedic surgeon directly and made an appointment. When I went to that appointment he was livid when he heard my story. Had an MRI the same day and surgery as soon as it could be scheduled. I did call her office and cut all ties. This was just plain negligence…..and for what….more insurance dollars?? I can’t hardly even fathom….I was in such terrible pain for over 9 months. She’s a terrible doctor!!!

When no other Dr. Would lustent to me, I found Dr. O'Conner by chance. She listened intently to all of my questions and was very quick to get imaging done- which led to me finding out I had Thyroid Cancer. She was reassuring and kind to me. She advised me in other health issues like no other Dr. had before or since then. I now live back in Texas but I sure wish I could move back up to Washington if only just to have her as my PCP.

I have always liked Dr. O'Connor and started seeing her when she worked at Chase medical center. She is very intelligent. I am told that she is gone/is going to Prosser or Benton City now that the Adventist hospital has gone out of business. Glad I don't have ongoing health issues, as I won't have a primary care physician for several months.

When my original doctor through Adventist health left, I had very little choice in a female family practice doctor. I chose Dr O'Connor only because she was not a male. Her bedside manner is rushed and she does not seem to want to take the time to listen. Also, when you do share with her she does not always take it into account. She likes to just tell you what to do with your health instead of making it a discussion. In the last 3 years, the options have still not gotten any better for female dr

Dr O'Connor has great bedside manners. She is always willing to go the extra mile. She has been my doctor for almost ten years and I wouldn't change that for anything. She has helped me through some tough times, and is so willing to listen and not worry about going over the time that she may have for my apt. She is very thorough and willing to do what she needs to help. She is also my children's doctor and she is so great with them as well! We love her very much and so glad she is our Doctor
