I am a board-certified adult neurologist (retired). My wife (her patient) has received nothing but the best neurologic care from Dr. Neff. I am impressed with her content expertise and caring bedside manner. As a retired neurologist myself, I can readily attest to Dr. Neff's superior abilities as a neurologist. Highly recommended.

Extremely unsatisfied with Neff. Terrible beside manners. Quick to end appointments. Never takes her time to really hear you and your issues. Never gives any helpful advise and you end up having to do all the research yourself only for her to say, "sure, try it" Will be changing doctors really soo!

Moody! Sometimes cheerful and sometimes irritable. Doesn't listen but is reactive. Criticizes other doctors, both inside and outside Kaiser. Talks about herself rather than listening to the patient. Schedules unnecessary referrals, diagnostic capabilities questionable. Patient does not feel confident in her capabilities.

Arrogant!!!! Does not listen Flipping through magazine while I talked Gave me medicine with severe side affects for older people and failed to monitor me for them. This caused severe damage to my life. Would not return calls from another doctor Not interested after her initial diagnosis (guess) is determined by tests to be incorrect

Dr Neff is a professional, knowledgeable, caring neurologist. She is busy because she is an excellent physician, yet she takes her time with you. I would highly recommend Dr. Neff.
