I tested positive for Covid. My mind was fuzzy and I had difficulty concentrating. Dr. Kwan was very understanding and noted that covid can cause foggy brain which made me feel better.

Didn't listen & didn't seem to care. She was quick to offer drugs rather than do her job and find the solution to my problem. A year later and a different medical professional, the cause of my discomfort was discovered with one simple test! I do not recommend this 'doctor'...

I know most Doctors are arrogant, but this woman is over the top. A doctors job is to provide care and help to patients (which she didnt even do...) not screw with their livelihood. I visited this "doctor" after two days of beddridden food poisoning. I had missed three days and needed a note to come back to work. My job asked me to get FMLA paperwork filled out for the days missed. I was NOT even going to get paid, this was just to avoid getting three points for the three days missed. I was told she would not sign FMLA paperwork for my condition. Advice from her receptionist? Go get drugs next time. What a total and utterly laughable excuse for an institution that is supposed to provide medical assistance and care. Playing God with people is not part of your job description. Patient beware, I will never return to this location and you should consider other options as well.

I needed a new PCP because my previous one moved. Established with Dr. Kwan and she is very thorough. She took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I had some imaging done from another provider and asked her further questions, she explained everything for me to understand. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new family doctor!
