Therapeutic Oxygen Therapy
The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatments are so beneficial! I see results so quickly even after one treatment. Good results, improved memory, better digestion, improvement in skin as it seems to soften. I can also enjoy improved range of motion in my joints. The staff is exceptional !

Not a good experience. She did not help me at all and prescribed medications that made me feel worse.

Dr. McDonald referred me to a telehealth psychiatrist. And the nurse from the telehealth call to make an appointment for the referral and I was so confused because as far as I know I’ve been seeing Dr. McDonald for two years and all the sudden she doesn’t even tell me she’s not my doctor anymore she sends me to a referral and that’s how I hear about she doesn’t wanna be my doctor anymore she said it’s because she doesn’t offer telehealth she is an In office Dr. only. I feel it was very disrespectful and unprofessional the way she handled the situation she basically fired me as a patient didn’t tell me anything and this affected me very much

I recently saw Dr. McDonald for the first time and I was struck as to the thoroughness of the questions and subsequent discussion as to my personal history. It was quite clear that she wanted to gather as much information as possible, leaving no stone unturned. Dr. McDonald is highly intuitive, she made changes to the prescriptions I was taking and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Dr. McDonald has a great deal of empathy and shows concern for the well-being of her patients. I feel very fortunate to have made her acquaintance and I look forward to future care under her direction.

I think she's great. Very thorough and if you have any questions she will clarify more. With medications she gives you options and doesn't force them on you.

Awful. She does not listen and seems to provide a one size fits all approach. She will ask a bunch of questions but at the end of the day it does not matter. Felt very unheard. Very condescending as well. Receptionist is wonderful though!

I found Dr. McDonald to be extremely thorough, asking many, many questions. I don’t feel that her job is to be my best friend but to ask the necessary questions to be able to make me feel better, as well as to connect me with appropriate resources.

I’ve been a patient of hers for about two years. I think she’s great. Someone here said she’s unprofessional, unfriendly, etc. but that’s not the perception I get from her at all. She’s not a “therapist” she’s a psychiatrist which is someone who helps manage and prescribe your medications. Her role isn’t to provide a therapy session, she is the doctor who gives meds. She has always been polite, promptly refills meds, and I’ve never had an issue with her. Just my experience.

Unbelievably unprofessional, unethical, unfriendly, uncompassionate; terrible bedside manner and communication skills. Takes everything personally, does not think she should explain her decisions and does not care if you leave the clinic in a state of distress. An insult to the profession. This person clearly chose the wrong career. Take my educated advice after years of therapy with the best professionals: avoid that one at all costs.
