Provider completely missed calls doesn't order refills on maintenance information so you have to come back for repeated appointments

There isn't an experience, because she didn't fulfill the appointment. I made two appointments with one week notice for my daughter and me, just to realize that on the day of the appointment she didn't call either of us. The phone consultations were scheduled for 1:00 and 1:45 PM. We followed up with 8 calls total, at different times until 4:38 pm. Each time, after going through an eternity of being on hold listening to a brain-scrambling tune to reach a human being that, not matter what you say, would "transfer" your call to no one. They keep you on hold forever!!!! And this vicious circle of "no service" is indeed a soul torture. I am glad we found another primary doctor that has integrity to attend his appointments and follow-ups.

Dr. Lopez is an excellent internist with a great bedside manner. She takes time to listen to you. She is very smart and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.
