Dr. Caroline Haakenson, MD

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Haakenson! I started seeing her after my husband and I were struggling with fertility issues for 9 months. She immediately got us on the right track and a few months later we were expecting! We saw her throughout our pregnancy and she is such a kind, caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable physician. She truly cared about every aspect of my mental and physical health and I feel so lucky to have found her! We ended up being induced a week early of our due date, and ended up having a c-section later that day. Dr. Haakenson was there every step of the way and was amazing in the operating room. I felt so comfortable with her and trusted her completely with the health of both myself and our baby boy. I highly recommend Dr. Haakenson and appreciate the care she has provided my family over the last year so, so much.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Haakenson. I was a patient at OB-GYN and saw another (great!) doctor throughtout my pregnancy. The day my baby decided to make an arrival (by c-section nonetheless), Dr. Haakenson was on schedule. The first time I met her, she told me the baby would be coming that day. I was put at ease the more I talked with her. She is knowledgeable, ensures her patients have a level of comfort, has wonderful OR and bedside manners. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Haakenson is incredibly caring, approachable, and is very knowledgable about all aspects of OB and pregnancy. She is a great listener and is very trustworthy. She tells it like it is and is honest, but in a very understanding, careful manner. She always encouraged us to ask questions during my pregnancy and gave us great advice in return. I highly recommend Dr. Haakenson to anyone in the Twin Cities area!
