Lack of respect for patients
I agree with the person who said the office is non-responsive to calls about reordering medications or questioning a bill. They will NEVER call you back - we now take time off of work to go to the office in person. This is a longstanding problem. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years and things have been getting worse. For my latest appointment, I was called at the last minute to request that they change my appointment from 8:15 to 1:30. I agreed and received multiple messages to be on time, etc. I arrived, paid, and waited nearly one hour before letting the receptionist know that I couldn’t wait any longer. The office staff never advised me that the Dr. was running extremely late. The receptionist talked at me in a sarcastic manner and I noted her locking eyes with another patient in the waiting room. I saw them exchange creepy little smiles -somehow mocking me!?! That cinched it for me neither my family nor I will be returning.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Day?
I would not recommend Dr. Day to family or friends because office does not respond to messages in a timely manner. I had to seek medical attention elsewhere on a couple of occasions because of unavailability and I am currently without medication that I need because her office has failed to respond to my pharmacy, my telephone message NOR my e mail message sent through the patient portal. This problem has occurred before this incident. I am currently seeking another primary care doctor.
