I am beyond happy with Dr. Caroline Chang. She was so caring and took ample time with me about my concerns and addressed every point during my visit. She talked about the best treatment plan for me and explained why it would be best to do certain things over others. She really customized the plan of care to my needs specifically. She wrapped up the visit making sure I was happy and my questions and concerns were addressed. Can’t wait to see her again!

Highly recommend Dr. Chang. Office was easy in and out for my elderly father. We had no wait time. Dr. Chang was personable, professional & thorough with my dad. She really took her time with him and made sure to answer and questions or concerns before we left. Her office is pristine and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend her services.

Dr Chang is the best dermatologist I've ever been to. She was thorough in her exam, answered my questions in a manner that I could understand and really seems to care about her patients. I've already recommended her to my friends.

Very friendly staff from receptionist to the assistants my name was called with a big and friendly smile I felt very welcomed. Dr chang was very friendly and answered all the questions I had I felt very nervous since it was my first skin check and I have family history. She made me feel at ease. I have highly recommended her and this office to all my friends and family.

Dr. Chang and her staff are wonderful! I never have to wait too long in the waiting room, her staff is very friendly and helpful. She has treated my young daughter several times for wart removal and my daughter loves going in to see Dr Chang! I see her consistently for cosmetic injectables and I have been very happy with the results!

Waited 45 minutes for a 2 minutes exam! Needed mole checked on my eye & rash on my arms & chest looked at, I've had this rash since childhood that I keep monitored. She said it was not worrisome. Then I pulled my sleeve up to show her my arms & she said to use moisturizer which I said that I do! She didn't ask me to even take my jacket off to investigate it further. The asst then said to make appt for head to toe exam which I thought I was getting that day! I specified that when I made appt

I had an awful experience with Dr. Chang. She was mean, rude, and did not answer any of my questions. I waited for 50 min and when she finally came to the exam room she gave me 2 min of her time. I will NEVER go back to see her again.

Friendly, very attentive, took time to explain condition and best treatment plans. Very good experience.
