Best Doctor Ever
I have never waited more than 10 Minutes to see Dr. Carter because she's always on time. She friendly and a knowledgeable physician. She also is extremely responsive to messages sent to her through the patient portal. Dr. Carter is simply the best doctor I've ever had and I'm sorry for me that she's moving from Houston to San Antonio but I wish her the best in her new city.

Dr. Carter is very good. Village medical and phone communication is less than desirable. Staff once you get appointment and get past front desk is very good

This is not about Dr. Carter, she was fine, but it relates to the office staff. The first time I went they ARGUED with me in front of all the other patients waiting that I could not be seen unless I had received approval from ins. co. to change my PCP (my prior one retired). I knew that was wrong so called ins. co. and they set her straight. She was SO RUDE to me and very unprofessional. I was embarrassed and stressed out by the whole thing. I will never return to VFP for any reason.
