This was the first time that I was able to have my blood drawn in advance so Dr Caine and I could discuss it at my appointment. I really liked this and I found the appointment much more satisfying, reassuring, and a better use of the appointment time.

Extremely please with the care Dr. Caine provided. Along with her genuine interest in how I'm doing, she took time before my appt to verify other medical visits/tests (I.e., mammogram, eyes, etc), she didn't rush my appt, and explained things I had questions about.

Doctor allows me time to analyze current side effects of two of my RX'S prior to changes, after warning received from pharmacist. She volunteered to contact the pain specialist with a recommendation because both RX'S are issued by two other doctors. I will see this my, PCP, before I see either of them before my next scheduled appointments with the other two doctors.

Dr. Caine took extra time to listen to my concerns and advise me on my health issues. I feel she cares more about her patients well-being than rushing around. Apologies for causing the doctor to run late for the rest of her schedule. I hope these surveys are not causing pressure on doctors to truncate their care due to expectations to overbook.
