Excellent Care
The whole process from calling for an appointment through three office visits was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Rosrnbaum really listened, diagnosed my condition promptly, explained what was going on and possible options. I received excellent professional care from a compassionate team

Personalized orthotics prescription
I suffer with over-pronation of my ankles and with bunions, and I have worn prescription orthotics in my shoes for decades. When I recently advised Dr. Rosenbaum that I felt my orthotics were not as effective in years past, she listened carefully to my concerns and decided to make a change in the orthotics prescription, a change that required her to advise the orthotics lab to provide orthotics for me with a metatarsal support that was placed further forward in the orthotic than conventional design would require. Dr. Rosenbaum and her staff also insured that I was re-examined during the first month that I had the modified orthotics to determine if the change had indeed worked. It had and my feet are very thankful! She and her staff were at all times very polite and quite helpful in every way.

I am always very anxious when visiting any type of doctor. The whole staff made me feel comfortable. The way Dr. Rosenbaum explained everything was just amazing. Really like that we are opting for non-surgical treatments first.

This was the 2nd time seeing Dr. Rosenbaum after being referred to. Dr. Rosenbaum was very rude and disrespectful from the time she walked into the room. She was demeaning to me in her tone and words. She only offered to xray my ankles after I stood up to leave refusing to be talked to by a person that I was coming to for relief. She then smarted off to me and said she guessed that I wanted my money back for my visit which again was very unprofessional. I called my FNP to let her know about my visit and she could not believe that someone in Dr. Rosenbaum's position could be so disrespectful and stated she would no longer be sending her paitents to her. Also, even though her page says she works on ankles, apparently, she does not. Just FYI. Also, the only reason that I gave a 1 star rating is because it made me select at least one. The nurse and receptionist in her office were very nice and helpful.

I visited Dr. Rosenbaum for pain in my right foot that has been ongoing for several weeks. She examined me and explained that an injection would help the nerves to heal. I am not a fan of shots, but the nurse was very gentle as she numbed the skin before the injection was given. The injection itself was nearly painless. I am happy to report that I am now pain free! I would definitely go to Dr. Rosenbaum with any other foot issues.

Do not go to this Doctor Her receptionists will not make an appointment unless they think you need one, I went one time and had a new issue arise and I tried to explain that I need to go back to have another exam and she kept giving me a to make the appointment I need one and the girl who answered the phone tried to tell me what diabetics patients do and I am not a diabetic. The first time I went I was not in pain the second time when I tried to get an appointment I was in pain with signs of infection this girl said there was nothing the doctor would do..gatekeeper who does not have a job is to make appointments not give medical However, I ultimately had to have a procedure done. If I would have taken the secretary's advice I may not have a toe right now. Please keep this in mind if being able to get an appointment is important to you and the management of your care. After asking to make an appointment several times and being told " I do not know what you expect the doctor to do

Dr. Rosenbaum is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things carefully to patients. She presents the pros and cons of any treatment choice and helps guide the patient decision. We feel very, very confident in her and highly recommend her. Staff is great, too. By the way, I am a physician myself.

Dr Rosenbaum put my wife in a very expensive boot and milked us for money for four months! All the while my poor wife was working full time in pain. Went to another Dr. Turns out she has a bone spur that should have showed up on the first X-Ray! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FOOT DOCTOR!
