Extremely rude, not thorough, no nurse on staff, just a receptionist who was present during the exam. Completely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I certainly would.

This office, formerly run by Dr Charles Evans and has now been sold to a new Dr and staff. When I called this office today my call was answered by a female who refused to identify herself. She was confrontational upon my request for my personal information. Was advised this office charges $25 to transfer records to a new Dr or in the event you want your previous records. After three attempts to get her name, Sherrie advised that this was policy of this office. Very rude staff and very unprof
