Mr. McCloskey was wonderful. Surgery went great, had a 3 for 1, meaning Gallbladder, Sleeve and Hiatal hernia all at the same time. I have had success in weigh loss 2.5 per week since October 2017. The Nutritionist was great as well. Maggie was so supportive. I go to the SLO office as much as I could and they were very nice. Surgery was at Marian and it was perfect from the time I stepped in the hospital. They kept me comfortable and safe. I stayed 2 days because of the 3 procedures.

She is a great doctor and friendly. A little unsure of the insurance requirements but, she is new to the practice. She is a surgeon not a insurance coordinator So, I'll leave that alone. The office staff are somewhat rude especially the one that answers the phones. When you leave a message for the staff hardly a return call (there is hardly any communication with you in regards to what really is the process). So be your own advocate. But she is a great surgeon!!

Awful. Office staff was rude, I was kept waiting for over 2 hours for an appointment. The dr wasn't clear on insurance requirements. HORRIBLE experience.
