Dr. Carol Fischer, MD

I sent a patient to her office to get a Genesight test done, as she was the only one in the area able to perform the test. Carol discounted my patient. She is highly unprofessional and very rude. She told the patient to eat a cup of berries, exercise, and drink water. Carol then argued with the patient, and she refused to release her test without an appointment. I will not refer any of my patients to her; it is sad to see a provider not take mental health seriously. As a professional, I believe this is unacceptable and that others should be warned.

I left 3 messages for a nurse over 6 working days & no calls were ever returned. I was shut down, argued with, & yelled at when trying to speak to this nurse who was then protected by the office manager at my expense. Even the receptionist got snippy with my husband one day because he got there 10 min's early instead of 15. We were both lied to from different people. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire 69 years by any doctor's office. I'm totally baffled by this entire experience.

Dr Fischer doesn’t listen or treat patients with respect.. Conditions I have mentioned get ignored by her. It is beyond frustrating to not be able to count on her for my primary care. During peak COVID times, she shut down her office not wanting to see these patients.

What stood out during my visits was the totally uncaring, arrogant, incompetent, and deceptive nature of the office staff. If they have made a mistake or if they have given you wrong information, they will circle the wagons and protect each other by lying and deceiving the patient.If you have any questions about your account or the mistakes they made on your account, they will argue with you, use avoidance tactics and try to confuse you. If you do not agree to succumb to their deceptive trade practices and you try to resolve an issue, they will argue with you, they will hang up on you, and they will refuse to further communicate with you. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who wants honesty, truthfulness, transparency, and efficiency in a medical practice.

Dr Fisher listens when giving the symptoms that are taking place. Will explain what may be taking place, and if needed will refer a specialist. Very satisfied in all my visits these past years.

Dr Fischer is so thorough, professional and thoughtful. Don't think I would be as healthy as I am without her guidance for over 30 years now.

Had an intestinal problem so I made an appointment with Dr. Fischer. I discussed the symptons and problems i was experiencing with her and she made some referrals for more in depth evaluations. I was fortunate that the problems were evaluated and it was nothing serious. Dr. Fischer's concern about possible causes and the need for further checks was reassuring. Would definitely recoomend her to others.

Dr Fischer has been my Dr for many years and has always addressed my concerns and has always advocated for me and my health I absolutely adore her and her staff. Best place I’ve ever been.

Dr. Fischer takes time to listen to her patients. She is a very caring and thoughtful clinician. She explains her reasoning for decisions and makes those decisions together with the patient. Highly recommend her and feel fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Caring, devoted to her patients. Up to date on latest practices and medications. Will take time to make sure the patient is taken care of when seen. Not rushed in trying to see the next patient. Wouldn't have anyone else see me.
