Look elsewhere! Especially if considering Suboxone program! I was prescribed Suboxone from this Dr. It took her well over two weeks to fill out the prior authorization form and approve the prescription. Subs are preventative maintenance for people trying to stay clean off opiates. I can only imagine how many of her patients have relapsed under her care. Dr. Vivero is extremely kind and knowledgeable. My mother has been seeing her for about 8 years and has developed an excellent relationship with Dr. Vivero. I accompany my mother to all of her appointments and I can truly say I am amazed and impressed by Dr. Vivero's attention and care. I think she's a great doctor.

Dr. Vivero is very competent in her diagnostics and follows through with her patients. I found her to be very personable and easy to speak with. She actually takes the necessary time with you and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her - I am a much older male who had reservations about seeing a female doctor, I am so glad she is here. If she runs over on an appointment it is because she is caring for someone who needs her help.
