Dr. Carmen Torrado-Jule, MD

She's the reason I'm 25 years old. If it wasn't for her I would have been dead. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and she got me through my adolescence years. I thank god for her. I wish she could have stayed my doctor. Brilliant woman.

She is the most gruff Dr I have ever met. She comes off as if she knows everything and treats parents like they are ignorant and beneath her. Almost as if she can't be bothered explaining much less treating your child. She continually complains that she happens to be the only Dr for pediatric endocrinology on Staten Island. Hey lady if you don't like your job then quit, & let someone with a better bed side manor take over so kids can receive some treatment instead of listening to complaints.

Dr Torrado has always listened to my concerns and has been attentive in my son's Ghd treatment. Highly recommend l.

I waited three or four months for an appointment. The staff was very courteous when I was there and Dr. Terrado explained everything very well. However, I never received a follow up phone call regarding bloodwork, which I came and picked it up myself. They were however able to contact me to cancel the follow up appointment that I had already taken off work for, 1 month later my next appointment was canceled day of! Yes, I missed work today too.
