Cold and arrogant
Dr. Robinson’s demeanor is cold and dismissive, lacking the warmth and empathy that should be fundamental in family medicine. Her arrogance is off-putting, and to make matters worse, even her own website states: 'Carmen Tabrielle Robinson, MD always thinks she's right. And she is, most of the time! Born to a highly opinionated family…' Frankly, that kind of attitude has no place in patient care. In addition, her listening skills are noticeably poor. I found myself having to repeat questions multiple times, only to receive vague, repetitive responses that made it clear she was not truly hearing me. After several frustrating attempts to communicate, I simply gave up.

Dr. Robinson was my primary care physician in NC. She is fantastic and is greatly missed since she moved to TX. It is difficult to find a doctor as good as her locally. The residents of Houston are lucky to have her.
