Do not trust her.
Telehealth
Not sure what she was focusing on. Would schedule test and ex-rays with no discussion. Recently scheduled a referral without discussing with me text the referral info. Call the office about a week ago they have not returned my call. Changed doctor.

Doesn't Follow Up
I visited the doctor on Wednesday for the first time. She walked in the room and started asking me questions about things that didn't pertain to me. I must have looked confused because she said, "Who are you? What is your name?". Not a good start. I had a UTI, so a urine test was ordered. I received an email from Quest early Friday morning notifying me that the results were available, the results confirmed a UTI. I called the doctors office at 1:00 pm and left a message asking them to return my call so I could get medication for my UTI since I was in a lot of pain. No call back. I called again at 2:30 and they told me that the doctor had not reviewed my results. When I asked if she was going to review my results today, since it was Friday afternoon, I was told that they didn’t know. As of Thursday evening, the doctor has not called or filled a prescription for me. I have never in my life experienced this type of treatment from any doctor.

There was no paperwork given or follow up for the mammogram or bloodwork the doctor ordered. No nurse coming back in the room with paperwork, no follow up phone call, nothing. I found out about the mammogram when I called the office back about something else and I was never given paperwork or contacted for bloodwork doctor ordered. I found out about it when I called back to inquire what my next scheduled appointment was for. As a new patient they should have taken time to provide what I needed for routine diagnostic testing.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and just happened to hear another patient remark she had been waiting 45 minutes for her appointment. When I approached the desk they said there was a delay, but had not communicated that to the patients. On top of that Dr Moralas posted a summary of my visit which did not happen. WOW. Bad service all around. I understand that situations come up, but informing the patents should be a priority.
