The overall experience could be better
Dr. Farrior is a good doctor. Her office staff is hit or miss when it comes to reading messages in the patient portal and sending paperwork in a timely manner. The staff also does not prioritize communication or excellence and will just hand you a cup to pee in with no explanation as to why and will miss enter some measurements like weight.

Worst doctor I have ever had
Worst Dr I have ever had - I left the appointment crying. She didnt care about me at all, was rude and rushed, told me how busy she was and how many ptients she had per day as an excuse for not caring for me,. It was my first time seeing her and she didnt ask about my health, history ar any other concerns I had. I waited for over an hour for the appointment in the office and she could care less. I will never go back to this office.

Horrible Beside Manner
As a long term patient, she escapes call backs. When you call and request to speak with her and you leave message about a prescription she wrote that left you bleeding to death and you convey this to her nurse, she will still refuse to call you back. Instead of her calling you back, she writes another prescription and refuses to call you back to tell you how to take the new prescription. Then if you call back a second time for questions, she mails you paperwork to terminate the patient relationship. Her license should be stripped. She has changed and become awful, just read her reviews.

Dr. Farrior is friendly but her office staff is very unorganized. There is a long hold time when calling and in office. I have had a couple problems and had testing done with her, and she was dismissive of my concerns, chalking it up to birth control side effects. During my recent visit, she didn't have record of any of the past issues or the type of birth control i'm on that caused the issues I had. Ive had my wellness appt weeks ago and she hasn't called to discuss my results I rec'd online.

The receptionist and nurse wouldn't let me see her at all. I waited for 2-3 weeks just to get an appointment and requested time off from work for nothing. I also waited for an hour in their office because they had to get paper work which they claimed I didn't even exist in Advanced Radiology system nor in the previous office I've been to. I was skeptical because of her ratings and I should have listened. Don't even go. I've never been treated so rudely and had to storm out of a doctor's office.

I love, love, love Dr. Farrior; she is a great, thorough doctor and easy to talk to. What I don't like is the administrative staff. I've made calls to the office for questions and appointments but have been placed on hold for so long or never received a call back on numerous occasions. When I do have an appointment I try to be her first patient so I'm not waiting too long. Poor administrative service is forcing me to find another doctor even though I've been with this practice for YEARS.

I have been going to Dr. Farrior since this office was located at Garwyn Medical Center and belonged to Dr. Randolph. Dr. Farrior herself is very down to earth. She isn't the most personable but she always gives me direct information. However, that staff of hers is too much to handle. Long hold times, and when they put you on hold they forget about you. I called 3 times one day to get an appt. Also the wait in the office is terribly long. Its for this reason I am switching doctors.

DR FARRIOR HAS A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY AND BEDSIDE MANOR. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HER FOR THE PAST 6 YRS. The problem is I have had an ongoing issue that she has not been able to resolve. Her staff is not very efficient at all. Long hold times, not getting requested call backs, losing information faxed over etc. I get this all the time and have spoken with the office manager and the Dr re: the matter. I am leaving the practice mainly because of staffing issues.
