Dr. Bogdan and her team do not understand cultural diversity. They have overlooked diversity on several occasions which is important in tailoring healthcare treatments plans to fit individual needs. The treatment options should be a mutual agreement or arrangement between the physician and the patient so that the best treatment options are provided. More education is definitely needed in this office.

I called the office to get a patients medical records, Olga said they were in a system which we both have access to. When I went to look nothing was in there so I called back, she told me I didn't know how to look. Very rude and unprofessional

Dr Bogdan is the most caring, compassionate & professional physician I’ve ever had. She is dedicated to you and your health! We are so lucky her practice is almost across the street from our home! You won’t ever find anyone better.

Dr. Bogdan is truly a gifted physician. Her care, compassion, and expertise is rarely found in today's health care world. I feel most fortunate to have her care for me for over eighteen years. She makes this world a better place!

Dr. Bogdan surpasses even what one considers an exceptional physician to be! Few doctors are so comfortable educating and empowering their patients to making the best choices for themselves as. She honest, empathetic, and compassionate. It is refreshing to not have to fight my doctor over why I don't want another pill. There have been several times she has called to check on me at home, or to provide test results when she knew I was anxious. You can't beat that peace of mind!!

After3 years of being a paying and good patient and putting up with a staff of rude and not very knowledgable in their job the last straw was Dr. B said I did not follow her directions ??????????? What a mess office never let me know in May 2017 Dr.B was now changing her staff ,and had not continued with many of her old patients, canceling appointments, notified Medicare I was not covered,cancelled my BCN insurance and they sent me a new Dr. in Detroit that was a joke all this on June 30,2017.

Sweetest and most knowledgeable doctor ever! She never rushes through my appointments. I feel she is very attentive to me and my needs. She takes plenty of time to answer all my questions. She is genuine and caring. She is the kind of doctor that goes out of her way to help you and it's hard to find that now-a-days.

Dr. Bogdan, is highly regarded within the St. Joe's Oakland Community. She is not only highly intelligent, she is dedicated to accurately diagnosing and treating her patients. She stays updated with current medications and treatment plans that are successful. Compared to other doctors I have seen, Dr. Bogdan is VERY thorough, spending time listening to your symptoms and concerns. My husband and I are both patients of hers and often refer her to others. Love her and her kind staff!

I have been a patient of Dr Bogdan's for years. She listens to you treat you as a whole person not just a patient or a paycheck if you have any questions she has no problem answering them she's very thorough and very caring and that is why I will continue to be her patient for as long as I can.

I had an appointment today and once again was so happy with the level of care that she gives each and every time.
