The check you in, they evaluate you, they collect your money or insurance money. THEN.....they DROP the ball. They will not follow up with you and your needs. There is NO WAY to contact them. You try calling their number and see what you get.

My mom always has a good medical experience during her appointments. However, there appears to be a lack of follow through on the doctor's part. We are thankful for his staff who really run the practice exceptionally. But the doctor needs to be more proactive in being involved with my mom and letting the staff know about future plans. The family so far has had to make follow up appointments instead of the doctor specifying when she needs to be seen next. Today I have tried to get a hold of them and the mailbox to leave a message is full. No recording providing another source of communication.

Dr Clark has brought on new ?staff and they are awesome. PAC Dr Chapro (?) is simply amazing, Im always so happy to see her. Seen today and back next month. You wont find a better doctor.
