Unbelievably Rude
That lady's attitude could slay a dragon. She is horrible. I will never set foot in her office again.Tw woman told me that she can't give me sick leave because no one gives her leave from her job. I decided in that moment to take the high road.

Stay away from Carlotta Hillert!!!!!!! I don’t ever right bad reviews unless something just doesn’t sit well with my spirit. I have been going to Carlotta Hillert for a few years. Her bed side manner has been horrible since day one but I gave it a chance anyway. I should have went with my first gut feeling about her. All I have to say is please stay away from this office and this doctor. She does not care about her patients at all, and she goes out of her way to make it known. Her beside manner is terrible, she talks to you as if you are unintelligent as if her patients work for her. I couldn’t even finish my appt. I have never felt so uncomfortable. I walked out on her. I could not take anymore of her insulting behavior. She’s mad at life and seems to hate her job. I will never step foot in that office again. I do not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I understand the need for straightforwardness, but I can't get over a provider being rude and dismissive on a first visit. I guess the doctor has enough patients and does not see the need for basic customer service. Waste of both our times this morning.

She listens and is straightforward. She is great with everyday illnesses and does not hesitate to refer if I ask for a specialist. She does not try to diagnose everything herself. Great staff.
