Each appointment visit is met with over an hour wait in the patient room, which is then led by Dr. Vigil rushing in and trying to remember exactly why you're there. He does know his medical stuff and is thorough during the 5-10 minutes he actually sees you. However, once you leave, he or his office somehow forget to authorize or forward your prescription to whichever pharmacy you chose. Other experiences include needing his signatures for handicapped placards, which he advised I get. I waited 2 months for him to complete the form that I left with his receptionist. I would visit once a week to see if the form was signed and completed and each time I was met with a difference receptionist who had no idea where the form was. When they found it, I would be informed that the Dr. has yet to take a look at it. Even the receptionist mentioned this is a common practice with Dr. Vigil. Easily a doctor who has too many patients to maintain adequate recollection or build a relationship with.

excellent doctor, my wife and I have been his patients for many years and he always cares and takes all the time necessary to listen to you, which sometimes makes the waiting time a little long, but it is worth it

Unable to adhere to any semblance of a schedule with wait time routinely over an hour past scheduled time. Staff borders on rude. Not the place to go for health care.

Absolutely horrible Office & Staff Performance. They never answer the phone. You get an automated service and the staff never calls you back. Express Scripts has been waiting all week for a response. Costco could not get ahold of them for over a week on the last refill.

Dr Vigil was my PCP from 12/2003-8/2018. He's an Old Doctor, & I can Highly Recommend Him! In today's go go go busy world, Dr Vigil ALWAYS Takes The TIME To Listen To His Patients medical concerns & problems, before carefully considering his medical response! He goes over your lab tests results with you, explaining what the numbers mean! He's a gem of a Doctor! Consequently, he runs late. I feel a Doctor who listens, & gives such personal care, is more important, than one who's "on time"!

Had to see him after my doctor wouldn't fit me in. I was very sick! I have never looked back since then. He is a very kind and patient doctor who explains and listens very well. Just don't talk to him on the phone. Lol for some reason he turns into a very impatient person. Kinda strange but true. Otherwise he is great. Also, his front desk office worker Chris is great!!! Overworked lol in my opinion but great!

I was very concerned changing doctors after 15 years with my last Doctor, but Dr Vigil put me and my husband at ease right away. He is a very calm caring person who takes time to explain everything he is considering when ordering tests or changing something I have been doing the last few years. He has a wonderful bedside manner and appears to care equally about each patient as he cheerfully enters their exam rooms as he does mine.
