Not the most updated office but friendly staff makes up for it. Came to see Dr. Smith about a recent injury and he addressed my concerns and scheduled a follow-up appointment. There was minimal wait time and the appointment didn't feel rushed.

I felt like I was put through the money mill at Dr. Smith's office. No personal care was given as Dr. Smith was in a big hurry during my visit and did not have time to listen to the complete story of the pain I experienced in my foot. He took x-rays, but did not take time to go over the x-rays with me after taking them. He hurried me off to scan my feet for inserts that I did not ask for and sent me a surprise bill for those inserts afterward.

I have been a patient for about 20 years. He is very personable. Explains all procedures clearly. Relieves all foot pain. Just had surgery for hammertoe and feel great.
