Dr. Rios is the most flippant, unconcerned, and disrespectful physician I've ever had. He consistently condescends, lectures, and refuses to listen. Communication is a one-way street with this guy. He made no effort to build a relationship with me over the years, never giving me more than a cursory glance, never making eye contact. I did not feel treated as an individual, but rather as an interchangeable crash-test dummy. Zero respect.

Dr. Rios is a fantastic doctor and human being. Totally committed to his patients and totally patient- focused. Best, most responsive PC/GP physican I ever had. I consider myself VERY fortunate to have found him.

Dr. Rios is an excellent doctor. He has given me sound medical advice and has not hesitated to let me know when I might be better served by another specialist. He has helped me navigate my mail in prescription company and has followed up with appropriate tests when necessary. He is warm and reassuring, spends an adequate amount of time with me, and gets back to me ASAP through MyChart.
