He insults intelligence of anyone who is not a doctor themselves. He REFUSES to give updates to next of kin! He LIES about the actions he has taken while "caring" for a patient when questioned. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!

Despite the unfriendliness and rudeness of a couple of his staff, Dr LLanes is one awesome doctor. Of all the doctors I have seen throughout my life, he is the only one that takes his time with you and listens to you and answers all your questions...not just on your first appointment but on all your appointments. That is the reason I do not mind waiting for 3 to 4 hours before being called. The wait is worth it..
