choosing a doctor is a very important decision. These commercial health care offices will not give you the attention that you need.i've been going to the Carlos Del Rio practice for 24yrs.basically since he's been open. He's a phenomonal doctor and a genuinely nice guy.he has kept pace with this ever changing field of medicine. That's why he's had such longevity with his business. Longevity is a measuring stick for success. Of course it all starts with the people he chooses to work for him.i'm a self-admitted bit of a "needy patient"and his "ace" staff takes care of any problems i may have in a timely manner. From billing to prescriptions to referrals to test results they are on it.they are very friendly very understanding and very efficient at what they do, which always helps when in a stressful situation.they also accommodate my odd schedule.my immediate doctor for the past 5 years is NP Sherine Hassey.she is awesome and to say that she has guided me through some turbulent times would be an understatement. She has been on top of some developing situations i have had and continues to be. She has found her calling without a doubt and for that she should be recognized.i'm more than sure any of her patients would agree that she is a "bright spot" in their day.i look forward to my appointments because i enjoy seeing these people.i've never had a reason to even consider going anywhere else.i know i'm in good hands.it would be wise of anybody looking for tip top medical care to make the Carlos Del Rio practice their choice.

Likes to just not a nice doctor

The Best Doctor ever. Doctor Carkos Del Rio is High recommended by my Family. He take care my mother in law like his own family at time He even came home to check on her when she was sick during covid. Very appreciated by us. You don't see not Doctor doing this no more. Thank you Doctor Del Rio for you wonderful job.

Dr.Del Rio and staff are hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had.They are all so down to earth kind and always there when needed.If you had 20 questions he will answer/explain every single one no matter how long it takes.Trust me I’ve met 100’s of doctors (having very complex health problems) since birth.Dr. del Rio,NP and staff are wonderful.

It’s his way or the highway.....Don’t challenge or attempt to ask questions....Sit there and accept all he says as gospel else the rath of God will come upon you ??

Have been a patient since he started practicing here in MA. Easy to talk to, he really listens, and doesn't hesitate to refer to specialist if needed. Complex cases not a problem. Highly recommend Dr. DelRio.

Carlos is a wonderful person he take care of he’s patients like it was his own family. We love this doctor we could not ask for A better doctor.
