Terrible office policies
As far as I'm concerned, a primary care provider should be available for emergent matters. Dr. Del Alcazar is great but the office policy of refusing to even acknowledge an emergent issue, saying an appointment is always needed even when his website doesn't allow for weekend appointments, is ridiculous. Telling an established patient to go to Urgent Care when the doctor is in does not qualify as any sort of primary care. I'll find a more responsive doctor and would NEVER recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Dr. Del Alcazar is the best doctor I have ever had! He is so kind, patient and thorough and always takes the time to warn you about possible side effects before prescribing new medication.

Dr. Del is the best! He really takes the time and go over all your health concerns, never rushing you out the door. I feel extremely confident about his advice, as a patient seeing him for 20 years. He really spends time discussing your medical situation. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Del Alcazar is one of the best doctor I have ever met. I have been in his care for over 12 years. I also recommended my family to see him. He is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, caring, compassionate.
