Dr. Carlos Cruz, MD

I chose Dr. Cruz as my doctor quite randomly when my child was born in the hospital. Now, 16 years later, with two teenage daughters, I couldn’t have found a better, more knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor. Dr. Cruz excels in using differential diagnosis to quickly identify health issues. His compassion has been a comfort whenever I’ve called in a panic, and he has always been able to explain concerns and outcomes clearly and reassuringly. He has been a trusted partner through many health issues, ranging from minor to serious, and I have never regretted following my intuition to select him on that first day. Initially, his office was crowded, and wait times were long, but those issues have been resolved. His practice now runs very smoothly at a new location with additional staff, including a nurse practitioner. As someone in healthcare myself, I can compare many metrics and confidently say that Dr. Cruz is definitely the top doctor in our area.

I’ve never had a doctor be so thorough and care so much about my kids as Dr. Cruz I recently switched all of them and my insurance so that we could stick with him after I finally found him! He is thorough amazing kind all of the above!

Dr Cruz is a great doctor my kids go there since they were born now my oldest is 8. He is so profesional and what I like from him is that he knows what's he is doing. Friendly with my kids . Front desk girls are helful too.

Very dirty office and rude staff. Dr. Cruz, never has enough time and always rushes my son out. Not a place to take your kids.

This office is very dirty and anti hygienic, the front desk staff is very unprofessional. Dr. Cruz is never on time and is very rude. Run away from this place.

Drs are fine, but the ladies at front desk no help at all every time that I called when my baby is sick they never have an apts and can’t take him, definitely changing pediatric don’t like the office.

Extremely busy office, front desk lady is very pleasant and helpful. The check in nurses are very professional and capture information needed for appt point. The therapy doctor always check in with you too, really appreciate the sincerity of care receive from this office.

He is a great doctor:) i trust very much, the only problem is he is always busy. never answers the phones. my baby had a fever for about 2 weeks and we could not get an appointment. and once we did, the snowstorm cancelled it. had to take him to the ER.
