He is a really good Doctor. But his Staff isn't the greatest. Never can you call like a normal office and schedule in an appointment. Always busy lines or Never answer. I think he has too many patients and should cut down to give quality time to the rest. Visits are usually rushed. And usually have a waiting time of an hour in lobby or cell on virtual visits.

It’s impossible to get hold of anyone in the office if something urgent pops up. When he went on vacation, He failed to leave an on call doctor despite having a patient in the hospital.

Dr Casas is a good doctor but appears to have too full a patient caseload to effectively communicate with patients and family in a timely manner. Due to this, family caring for elderly parents often don't have critical information to make informed decisions about their best choices for healthcare and treatment.
