I was a patient of Dr. Arevalo for over 20 years, he was my primary Doctor. This year, he moved to another clinic, joined a new health network and no longer practices internal medicine. I can no longer get an appointment with him unless it is for endocrinology reasons and I can't have access to my medical records. He left without leaving instructions for his former patients. Unbelievable and so unprofessional.
