Dr. Carlos Alonso, MD

I been to Dr Alonso’s office many times and I have always been treated with respect and by knowledgeable persons. Dr Alonso is great and explains everything thoroughly and his staff is also great.

Very customer-friendly front desk staff and Joana, the nurse is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office, from the waiting area to the examination rooms are spotless clean. I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Alonso, without a doubt.

My visits are always great. Minimal waiting time. Dr listens and is very attentive. When I call for any reason, staff is on point and resolve whatever it is.

The professionalism of all the staff, all very attentive and above all the respect for the schedule of my appoinent all very punctual, thank you.

Despite staff’s professional service and clean facilities, it is unfortunate that Dr Carlos Alonso lacks interest in his patients, no empathy. He did not perform any visual or physical exam, no written explanation or pamphlet was given to me explaining the type of arthritis I have. Even though I asked multiple questions, Dr Alonso’s answers were vague and short and no physical therapy or basic stretches were suggested during the interim that I cannot start treatment and improve my everyday life. The patients’ plain and empty rooms reflect the lack of educational materials like pamphlets, pictures and body diagrams for patients to understand and educate themselves. Overall experience has been really frustrating.

Terrible experience, Alonso and his Staff (Vanessa) are arrogant, dismissive and merchantilistic. Stay away from them fir your own good.

It felt awesome talking to the doctor, made me feel secure talking about my aches and pain. Felt that I was being listened to, he paid attention to me at all times.

Very on time and organized office

I saw Dr. Alonso in 2022 and was not happy with the attention he gave, how hard it was to make an appointment with him. Why would someone in pain have to wait a month? Before writing this review, I recommended a friend and he had to wait almost 2 months to see Dr. Alonso. I recommend Dr. Sweeney he listens, does a full examination taking his time, is not constantly looking at his phone and doesn’t try to just prescribe medication.

Great staff, Dr Alonso takes the time to review your clinical picture, results, and to explain what you need to know. he does not hurry to make a diagnosis!

Dr Alonso answered clearly all my question and concerns. The staff was also very polite and the waiting time was short.

Very professional staff and super clean offices. Dr Alonzo gave me recommendations and daily therapy exercises to help with my trigger finger. After only couple of weeks it is much better.

The medical team is great. Dr Alonso is excellent.

The intake process took a few minutes, but the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. First the medical assistant went over my history and took my vitals. The nurse practitioner went over my medical complaints in great detail. The doctor came in and we had a comprehensive discussion of what could be causing my problems and how to treat them. Overall, very professional and effective. Happy with my decision to seek medical attention here.

Waited more than an hour to be seen first by the nurse practitioner and later by doctor Alonso. Seems that the nurse practitioner takes control and manages visits. Doctor was ok, does not take much time to answer questions, dismissive.

It was my very first time visiting the office the staff was very nice the office was very nice clean . And the doctor's was nice and gave me all the time that it took for my appointment their was no rush we talk about my issues and they ordered test and I can't wait for my next appointment coming soon to see what's our next move is going to be can't wait for their help I just can tell that they are going to be able to do what is best for me .Thanks you.
