I was referred to Dr Milani by my physician. I made 4 appointments. Each and everyone was cancelled at the very last minute. I have to travel into the city from the east end of Long Island. It requires an entire day of MY time and non-refundable travel costs. I have been in health care for 40+ years. Dr. Milani's business model is outrageous and completely irresponsible!

As a medical student, I work with physicians daily, so I have seen the gamut of outstanding and poor doctors. Dr. Milani was exceptional. He was a careful listener and was patient as I explained how my leg pain had developed. He performed a very thorough physical exam and was open to all of my questions. I look forward to seeing him again soon and would strongly recommend him to fellow runners.

Dr and his office staff show complete disregard for the patient, their health, their time. Every staff members’ communication gives info at odds with the one before. It is the most unprofessional place I have ever attempted to seek care. the dr guarantees you a call,@ an exact time, ..,.well I’m still waiting.the staff indicates ‘that they feel bad for the mix ups ‘ but how have they helped? At every turn I put my faith in the office- I was wrong. How can this office be trusted with my health?
