Dr.Hinshaw was excellent and so was his team.He took time to address all of my concerns and explained my condition and the treatment that I was going to receive that day step by step.. I felt totally comfortable and confident with Dr. Hinshaw during the procedure.He and his team are very professional and kind. I plan to keep on seeing him for my treatment and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a specialist in his particular field

Carl was abrupt, didn't engage by coming in the curtain area for a conversation, his lack of concern was clear. The notes uploaded to the patient portal are not correct. The cleanliness of the procedure room is questionable. I was herded in and promptly herded out, despite being in a great deal of pain.
