I went to Dr GJeterson for a cystoscope. I was kind scared at first. He took his time to explain the procedure and he took 5 minutes to do the test. I hardly felt any pain. I would highly recommend this dr. He is a very good and caring dr.

I found Dr Gjertson very easy to communicate with. Dr Gjertson performed surgery on me and made sure I was comfortable with ever phase of the procedure. I reommend him highly. .

Extremely condescending when answering questions. Nonexistent bedside manner. Office staff equally rude and discourteous.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and in no way shape or form would I recommend him. He has the bedside manners of hippo.The procedure that he was supposed to perform with me really hurt me I have to ask him several times to stop and then he finally did it he was very condescending to me and arrogant. Just kept repeating how many times he has already performed this procedure and didn't run into any issues. He should Wonder why it was painful instead he was really busy judging me .

Poor, when not choosing specialty,his, which is surgery as didn't fit for me and selected other treatment options no assistance in transitioning over as far as condition verification with employer was given. Stated didn't know what nuclear treatment entailed after detailing for treatments for twenty minutes. Forced to find another physician that was more interested in treating the cancer as opposed to selling his service only. Felt like he was a used car salesman.
