From the previous reviews, it is clear that Dr. Graham's residency as an empathetic and thorough pediatrician has come to an end. My latest visit to her office revealed that she has become more of a political doctor instead of a qualified medical doctor. The basis of the appointment was centered around her lack of communication with me on an urgent matter pertaining to my child, which she never attended to even when I requested a follow-up call. She was open to addressing the concern a month later due to a scheduled wellness appointment but had no regard to reach out otherwise. This was because she went on vacation and forgot to contact me upon her return, despite my attempt to follow up with her office. I came to her office concerned about a cough my child had during his wellness check, and not only could she not identify the source of his cough, but she was also not willing to run any tests on my child to determine the source during peak cold, flu, and RSV season. Instead, she only provided suggestions of what she thought it might be. I also sought advice on redirecting the attention and energy of my child to advocate positive praise for good behavior. Unfortunately, she could not offer any valuable insight or examples as a licensed medical doctor. She could only provide a generic response, defining what positive praise was. Additionally, she was not forthcoming about her charting as a doctor, taking three days to complete her report for the visit. Her "complete report" turned out to be an extensive political view of me and had nothing to do with the health of my child. If you are a new parent looking for a pediatrician you can be vulnerable with as you learn motherhood, I would not recommend Dr. Graham. She has clearly aged out of her field of expertise and should consider retiring, as she seems incapable of listening to the concerns of her patients to adequately diagnose and treat them. She is as valuable as Googling your symptoms on your phone to find a diagnosis yourself.

Good while it lasted
I loved Dr. Graham, my kids have all seen her since both. But as the years have gone by the service has gotten slower. Some basic appointments last nearly 2 hours which can really put a damper on your day. Aside from that I love her service and bed side manner. The waits have just gotten ridiculous
