My visit was great with Dr. Graham, she did a good job

Dr Graham is simply amazing. I have been seeing her for about 8 years now. She did surgery on my nose/throat and did a wonderful job. I have referred several people to her and all have been very happy. Her staff has improved much over those 8 years. I also learned that if you book an appointment before school gets out, you never have to wait. But, if you do it after about 230, you are in there with a million kids getting allergy shots so, even if your wait is short, it seems like forever. I would not change my ENT from her unless I was absolutely forced to, and then I would go down fighting.

Good doctor, but we always have to wait for an hour. It may be acceptable once or twice, but not as a ritual during every visit - particularly if it is an afternoon appointment. Both my wife and I had our followup appointments at 3:10pm, we arrived at 2:50pm to learn the doctor is running over an hour behind (as usual). Upon request, our appointments were cancelled. After leaving this review while parked in front of her clinic, we will be driving back 40 miles (up to 2 hours roundtrip). We will look for another doctor near our home.

Going to dr. Graham. For at least 15 years. Had surgeries under her. Excellent doctor. Smartest, most caring, knows everything, always helpful . I just can’t say enough good things about her. Will always be her patient. Sometimes in the past the wait time has been lengthy but has improved greatly.

Waited for an hour and a half waiting to see Dr. Graham. Staff very unconcerned about answering questions. I just left without seeing doctor. Over scheduling seems to be an issue here. Would not recommend this office unless you don't mind waiting.

She's very bright, intelligent and compassionate in my dealings with her. As a side note, her staff "seem" to be putting forth better effort to be a more professional support system for this doctor. For Dr Graham's sake and her clients I'm glad to see the noticeable effort.

Dr. Graham is amazing, but her facilities are old and dusty and the office lacks professionalism.

I have been searching for a doctor just like her. She put me at ease and sat and talked to me on a one on one. I feel she is God sent. Finely someone who knows what I am going through. Bless you and your staff. Finely some relief. Thank you Lord.
