Dr. Camille Bitar, MD

One of the WORST doctors' ever! This doctor does not return your calls, even if it is an extreme emergency. I do not think he cares about his patients. I would avoid this doctor like he was a plague because he will cause even more problems.

Dr Bitar literally saved my life. I was in the hospital in excruciating pain !! My blood culture started growing , he figured out that I had a bacteria in my blood . After many test Dr Bitar and his team figured out the best way to attack this bacteria. . I was in the hospital 9 days , finally got to leave . I’ve had 14 days of IV antibiotics at home . Dr Bitar is very dedicated to his patients . I would recommend him and his staff to anyone . He is very knowledgeable and intelligent but explains everything so you can understand . Today I took my last treatment .

This doctor is terrible! My mother has infection and is on a pic line and seen him in the hospital. She had a follow up appointment scheduled with him and he canceled it without even notifying her. He’s been so terrible the whole time. He would not even answer calls from home health or bioscript. Such a neglectful doctor. I would not even let him see my dog! Useful! I have called and asked for call backs from his office and nothing!! Pitiful! Would not even give him 1 star rating!

I have called for weeks & finally over 3 weeks ago got 1 person to call me back named Wendy who said they were having phone issues & the office is only open Tues & Wed which are the days I called & Dr. Bitar couldn't see me because they never received my paperwork or bloodwork. I told them I had an order form from Dr. Larcena from 9/13/22 & they still said no. So I followed up with my Dr.'s office who resent everything over & I called & left a voicemail again on Tues & Wed when they are supposed to be in the office & then called again a week later. It's now going on a month & still NOTHING & no one answers the phones. This is a poor way to run a business & I am just going to get the medication I need online. Do better guys people are actually trying to get help.

I had chronic infections on a leg ulcer for 6 years. Antibiotics were affecting my kidney functions and I was close to needing dialysis. Dr. Bitar found the right medications for the particular kinds of bugs I was suffering from. There were basically 4 different bugs at various times. Four years ago I was cured after 6 years of problems.

Horrible at responding. Sent me for a test, had a positive result, needed antibiotics and he would never respond to write the script.

This is literally the worst office staff I've ever experienced. They never return your phone calls. They completely ignore you. Would not recommend at all.

Very poor in responding. Great doctor.
