Dr. Cameron Phipps, DPM

Phipps was positive he could fix the numbness in my feet. He removed a piece of bone in each big toe and screwed the pieces back together. Two years later the numbness remains, and he says there is nothing he can do fix it. An orthopedic surgeon whom we consulted said he had never heard of this type of surgery.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Phipps for a consultation regarding a previous cheilectomy on my great toe that was not done well by another surgeon. I drove over an hour to meet with Dr. Phipps. Well worth it! Dr. Phipps explained the next steps and options to me. I had such a horrendous experience and recovery with the previous surgery that trusting another doctor was a huge leap of faith. Dr. Phipps put me at total ease because it's obvious he knows his craft. I didn't need a leap of faith because Dr. Phipps was confident that he could fix my toe, bring it into proper alignment, and have a recovery without the extraordinary trauma I endured previously. I received a great toe fusion from Dr. Phipps and am astounded at how easy this has been compared to the surgery last year. My great toe now makes contact with the ground!! I have very little swelling and did NOT need serious amounts of painkillers (Oxy, Morphine). Thank you, Dr. Phipps! You gave me my life back!!!

Dr. Phipps took great care to diagnose my condition and provided 2 options for treatment. I asked for his recommended option and he said surgery. I agreed and he successfully performed the surgery. His follow-up care was excellent and my condition was resolved. Dr. Phipps and his staff are positive and caring, knowledgeable, and inspire confidence in their care.

I have seen Dr Phipps for several foot issues in the last 8 years. He found hairline fractures in my foot that had previously been undiagnosed. This year he is helping me deal with a heel problem. He is conservative in ordering testing such as MRI's and worked with me to figure out the best treatment to get rid of heel pain. He outlined treatments from the least invasive to the most, explaining risks and benefits of each. He is very personable, knowledgable and easy to work with. The office in Landsdowne is light airy and parking is easy. Every person in the office is friendly, skilled and ready to help. I love the nurses, they help when the treatment is scary. Highly recommend Dr Phipps and Co.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Phipps. My husband and myself have had successful surgeries performed by this doctor. He was amazing in his surgical abilities, his care and his ability to explain, listen and answer concerns. Dr. Phipps office scheduled me quickly when I called not knowing if I had A sprained or broken ankle. Dr. Phipps gave me excellent care for my broken ankle. I also had two non cancerous tumors on my ankles surgically removed. The office staff was always courteous and helpful. I have complete trust in Dr. Phipps ability in providing appropriate care!

Dr Phipps has cared for my husband's diabetic foot conditions, complicated by neuropathy, Charcot foot, severe fungal infections, etc., for many years. We credit Dr. Phipps with saving my husband's mobility, and literally, saving his feet. He is also a kind, positive and caring person, who connects warmly with his patients.

During 2017, Dr. Phipps was absolutely outstanding in taking care of my late wife. I find him to be very patient, he is an excellent listener, and an expert diagnostician. He showed compassion and made her situation so much better.

Dr Phipps is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything to you, makes sure you understand what is wrong and how to take care of the problem. I have been seeing him for years, first went to him to correct a problem from another doctor. I would recommend him whole heartly.
