Great Doctor.
He endeavors to always answer all your questions. He truly is attentive to your pain management needs. I gave been going to Pain Management Services is Des Peres for over 25 years and would never change from there. The staff are friendly yet professional and always make me feel comfortable on my visits. I would recommend Dr Cajigal to any who need pain management.

Consult was 5 min before major surgery. Awkwardly shook my hand then was irritable that I asked about the process and whether it was possible that I could be aware what happened while looking asleep. Guess what happened? Vivid body memory of paralyzation / suffocation, anxiety/panic/depression/PTSD, chronic shortness of breath, 3 months of missed work, and $13,000 of out of pocket medical expenses. Was diagnosed with vocal cord dis function caused by intubation. This guy does not care about patients, does not convey the risks, and does not set the stage for informed consent.

Dr. Cajigal is absolutely wonderful! After having an awful experience at a different pain management physician, I made an appointment with Dr Cajigal for my mom as she has been in tremendous pain. She received an appt the following day, which amazed me! Dr. Cajigal is so incredibly friendly and has an excellent bedside manner. He not only explained to my mom what could be causing the root of the pain but, explained to me as well. That’s an outstanding physician. We are both happy to have found Dr. Cajigal. If you’re looking for a pain mgt physician who truly cares, Dr. Cajigal is the one for you!

My last and all my visits are good they are pleasant never keep you waiting and always greeted with a smile when you have a concern will listen carefully to the end and then give what he thinks and makes you feel like he really cares about your case hey he even gave me good tips on good dieting and weight lost methods to help with my back 5stars all day every day a satisfied patient ??

I really notice a big difference between the way Dr. Calvin interacts with me and the way my former pain mgmt dr did. Dr. Calvin has a great “bedside” manner and treated me with the respect. His personality is down to earth and really connecting with me at each appointment. He took time to answer my questions and explain things. When I requested that a female be present for a procedure, he provided that. I really like him!

Dr Calvin Cajigal is an excellent pain management Dr I had so much pain in my knees with having a knee replacement that I could not even lift my leg off the floor from a bent knee position. He then performed a procedure on my knees where he burned the nerves with a needle and a x-ray machine fluroscopy and now I have been pain free in my knees for some time. He is a great Dr in handling pain management .
