Doctor Smith say us once during our visit before coming up with a treatment plan. During the plan we voice our concerns to Dr. Smith as part of his planed we had tried and did not have good results but he refused to listen. After receiving the treatment there were side affects and we tried approximately three times to get Dr. Smith to come talk with us and voiced our concerns with multiple nurses. Dr. Smith refused to see us again and told the nurses to discharge us and he had nothing further to talk to us about. Even after multiple nurses tried for voice our concerns to him he continued to dismiss us as well as the nursing staff. Dr. Smith made us feel small and insignificant and as though we did not matter. Dr. Smith did not make us feel like a patient but more like cattle being moved along.

He was rude and mean he put a catheter in me days ago but he been to the end hospital 5 times in less than 2 weeks followed EVERY RECOMMENDATION and then get t worse sent in today by ambulance wanted in the waiting room for hours finally get t put in a room where he came in and said we can't do anything for you are or your pain because I've been in so many times. Sent by me home with them CATHETER still in me. Never even looked at it. I believe I have an infection he is the WORST doctor
