Telehealth
This so-called doctor doesn't seem to understand a great many things that every psychiatrist I've worked with in the past has easily grasped. She's patronizing. She seemed almost resentful to discuss ADHD, despite a long history of med compliance and a rigorous, valid diagnosis. Skip this provider, there are compassionate people out there who will believe you and actually want to help.

Condescending
I had the misfortune of seeing this doctor for an intake recently. She is the most condescending and rude psychiatrist I've seen, actually laughed a few times throughout our appointment. I'm in my 30's with a well managed condition and was seeing her for continuing care due to new insurance. She doesn't seem to understand ADHD at all, from some of her comments it seems she might not believe it's a real thing. This appointment was completely demoralizing and I never write reviews but I feel compelled to for this truly awful experience.

Dr Kieltyka was very rude to me as a patient. She completely misjudged be and then berated and belittled me. Her boss refused to give me her licensing number, so since I had to come find it, I figured I'd leave a review.

Dr. Kieltyka is very thorough and empathetic. She is thoughtful and truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I’m truly grateful for her diligence and can’t imagine where I would be without her. I highly recommend working with this psychiatrist.

She is compassionate and accepting. I am so lucky to have Dr. K as my psychologist. She does everything she can to help me work through my problems.

This "doctor" has acted extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy. She finds it appropriate to decide to switch your medication AFTER your appointment with her and tells you to stop your current medication cold turkey. Well, that wouldn't have been so bad except it took her 2 weeks to get back to me regarding questions about the new medication switch. Doesn't return calls and doesn't return portal messages.
