We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Butch took time to listen to my history and together we worked out a pain plan. He wasn't able to relieve all of my neck and back pain, but did make things manageable. My quality of life has improved greatly.

Review of dr
Dr Garlapati told my husband and I that we could give him paperwork (which we did) stating we are doing at home physical therapy and that would work for their requirements, but then we received a letter ending our contract stating we weren’t following their guidelines. Other then that Dr Garlapati is a great dr but the nurses and staff that work with him one in particular (not sure of her name) but she is a NP she is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. I wish I had her name so everyone could know it, but if you go to this clinic you probably know who I’m talking about.

INCOMPETENT,DISHONEST, UNCARING, RUDE, UNEDUCATED, UNETHICAL, CRUDE, UNQUALIFIED, DOESN'T UNDERSTAND OUR CULTURE. HAS TWO OFFICES, CONWAY AND NLR. HOW? PAIN MEDS. DID SEVERAL PROCEDURES ON MY NECK, BACK AND KNEES THAT ONLY LEFT ME WORSE. HAD AN AUTO ACCIDENT, IN WHICH I WAS NOT AT FAULT. HE DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WHEN I REPORTED IT TO HIM SEVERAL TIMES. TWO BROKEN FINGERS AND WHIPLASH WHILE ALREADY SUFFERING FROM PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS AND DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE AND HIS RESPONSE IS A BLANK STARE AND TO FIRE ME AS A PATIENT. COLD HEARTED DUDE. I PRAY THAT KARMA FINDS HIM HE DOESN'T HAVE THE APTITUDE OR THE HEART TO BE A DR. SNAKE OIL SALESMAN.

INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, UNQUALIFIED , UNEDUCATED, INCONSIDERATE, POOR LISTENER, HORRID BEDSIDE MANNER, BUT SOMEHOW HAS TWO OFFICES? COULD IT BE DUE TO PAIN MEDS TO THOSE WHOSE INSURANCE PAY THE MOST? COULD IT BE THAT TRUE PAIN PATIENTS ARE UNDER-TREATED THEN FIRED WHEN HE CAN GIVE THOSE SCRIPTS TO HIGHER PAYING PATIENTS? INHUMANE, CRUEL AND HIS NURSES ARE A REFLECTIONS OF HIS POOR CHARACTER AND BAD ATTITUDE.

Today was my first visit to see Dr. Garlapati. I have seen Dr. A twice, I have seen three APRN's, seen Dr. Savage once, and now I have to see Dr. Garlapati after being a patient here for almost a year. He comes out to the car and was not there but maybe 5 minutes. He give me my prescription and next appointment date and walks off. I ask how come only one and he proceeds to inform me of inconsistencies in my drug screen. Long story short. He leaves and goes back inside the building only to call me and yell at me on the phone and accuses me of yelling at him when it was him yelling at me. Basically I was the one being screwed around because of the staff did not write down any notes about the appointments. He yelled at me so loud my husband could hear the conversation. Since we were in our vehicle my husband recorded the rudeness of Dr. G

Because of the lies I have been told, I will no longer be a patient here. Saint is so rude and a know it all. She's a quack! Because of her, after being a patient who was receiving quality care,am once again in pain and will be going elsewhere. No genuine concern for anyone but her arrogant attitude and she plays God,smh

I was a perfect patient for over 14 yrs being seen every 60 days. I had liver failure and coma June 2018 and feared the meds treated for all those yrs. I hoped he could find alternative pain help until I could get clear diagnosis on liver. The last appt he waffled terribly putting decision on me to take script. I did not receive his rejection letter but was told 60 days later that I had been terminated as a patient cause he could no longer help me. After 14 yrs with a drug pusher, so sad.

I know we all like to read reviews before we go to a doctor, me too. However I did not on Dr Garlapati, so glad I didn't. He is in my opinion the best pain management doctor ever and his staff are the best too. I believe the way you treat people is what you get back. In the 5+ years I have been going here, He has done everything he could possibly do to help me with my degenerative arthritis (which there is no real cure for). I thank God for this man, who has helped me so much.

Great doctor. Really concerned about your pain. Past year staff has went downhill. Wait times exceeding an hour and forty five minutes. When you tell front office they are too busy joking around and just tell you to sit down and wait. When prescriptions are faxed out refills not put on and patients don't know because they don't see the prescriptions ahead of time. This is really a problem when your insurance insists on home delivery. Prescriptions not faxed out and insurance has to contact them.
